1. Walk first thing for 15 minutes 2. Have a Healthy Breakfast 3. 10 K + steps 4. Quality Protein each meal 5. Weight Training 6. Veg, protein & fat, carb : order of meal 7. Bullet Coffee first thing 8. Cardio work: 5 km walk 2x a day 9. Omega 3, multivitamin 10. Sleep by 10/10:30, 7 plus 20/30 mins nap 11. Minimize carbs at night Do watch the video for all the tips :)
