Hi everyone! Today, I suggest you make a very simple yet incredibly tasty bread-Italian focaccia. I already have a recipe for focaccia with Lievito Madre starter on my channel. However, this recipe uses regular active dry yeast, which is perfect for those who don’t have Lievito Madre and don’t want to make it. This is a version of sweet focaccia, but you can also adjust the amount of sugar to your taste and add more salt. For example, you can use 5-10g of sugar and 8g of salt.
INGREDIENTS:🍞
- 240g water
- 300g strong bread flour 13% protein
- 30-40g sugar
- 5g salt
- 4g active dry yeast
- 11g olive oil
For filling:
- Gorgonzola cheese
- Purple grapes
- Rosemary
Bake at 230°C for about 25 minutes.
If the top burns, you can reduce the temperature to 200°C after about 15 minutes.
