Have had it for 4 months now and love the thing. The AI behind the app keeps learning new things and it’s great being able to wear normal watches and still clench my health stats thirst without having to constantly wear a smart watch. Not great for running or biking yet though … HR too inaccurate for hard exercise , but in beta testing now. Let’s see what the future brings. Great for sleep , steps, recovery tracking and now lately also stress tracking.

Crazy how many new features they have added since I even posted this video and it’s not been long. Might do a follow up or day in the life with this ring. So much to talk about right

Got it few days back. It's been amazing. Bit expensive but when you factored in the fact that you don't have to pay for any subscription going forward coupled with numerous benefits especially monitong sleep. It worth it's price in gold

What is the sampling rate for heart beat, blood oxygen, HRV, temperature etc. ?? If the sampling rate is 1 time every 15 minutes, it is nearly useless. I believe that a sample rate of 1 time every 30 seconds is the minimum for accurate data.

Thank you, looking for something to replace my Fitbits. Not switching to Google when forced to in early 2025.

Great video. I heard that the app has a nutrition log. Would’ve loved to see how accurate it is. Oura doesn’t have this feature.

It’s pretty basic it just allows you to add various food items from a database and it shows the calories, fat etc. It also gives some ai generated tips to make it healthier in the future

Does it come to various ring size? I afraid it may not fit my fingers lol
@MattRobb

When you order the ring they send you a box with lots of 3D printed replicas of the ring and you try them on and tell them which number fits your finger and then they send out the real ring
