This 12" gave me Life. So much richness in this record. The drumming, the constant bass throughout. And wow, that guitar solo. It's a constant in my days since 1984. Only two or three tunes beats this for energy. Anyone who knows me knows this is the cheer me up tune.

this track is almost borderline disco for Ultravox who were pretty much always on the new wave side of things (imo). anyway it is not bad just a little extraordinary. perhaps i should i should say clubby instead of discoey. regardless is still makes me sentimental. what they gave us...

It was a cold January in 1984 when I first heard this brilliant song. The promotional video shot in the outer Hebrides was a visual treat. One day where every hour could be a joy to me

I wish had this record when it came out. Had the 12" of We built this city, and "Call Me" by Go West.

It started out great but slowed down too much when the singer came in.
