No need to broil them after baking covered for 3 hours?

I'm glad I watched this because I'm heading to Costco today and will pick up these ribs! I do have a Traeger but it's too cold and wet out this coming week for me to enjoy using it!

I have always cooked my meats in clay roast pans and just seal them with a foil covering. This way the aluminum doesn't come in contact with the food. Some also have concerns about the silicone coating from the parchment as well, it is generally considered safe but if concerned there are uncoated options as well. Unfortunately there is always concerns over man-made things these days, we seem to not only be ruining the planet but our health as well...sheesh!! Thanks for the updated version of the recipe! 🥰

I buy and freeze a lot of meat. When showing us how to cook these yummy recipes could you include a sentence of how to cook from frozen? 🥩

I think you'll need to thaw them. Not sure what the cooking time would be from frozen?

Love the video but the Ribs does look a little dry, did you guys drain all the meat juice out?😅

Thanks Daniel! Honestly they were pretty tender because no air escapes from the cooking process and they are very fatty. I think we should have poured some of the fat back on before filming the final shots to make them extra shiny 😂

Did you brown them under broiler after long and slow- they looked so nice and brown at the end! Definitely going to try this. Just did tritip in air fryer that was amazing!

Didn’t put them under the broiler but that’s an option! We have a tri tip in our freezer and we’ve been thinking about the best way to make it!

Because I planned to share bites with my carnivore kitty, I did not marinate or use any other than a light sprinkle of salt. AF vary but mine 400° for about 8-10 min per side had 2 lb tritip, juicy, tender med rare. I pulled at 130-135 depending on where I stuck instant read thermometer. Savannah cat approved!
