The food looked great, and you can't beat the views! It's been a long time since my last visit, your video makes me want to go back soon.

I saw your video this morning. Because of that, not to mention your facial expression when you took that first bite of the risotto, I’m here at same restaurant and just ordered the same dish. So thank you sir!

This video is full of win - from the sweatshirt (love it - please do a Cambridge/Boston, MA video sometime if you’re ever in the area - I miss it very much), to the clam chowder which looked incredibly rich and flavourful… and of course the apple crisp, which is also one of my favourite desserts! Love that combination of warm spiced apples, gritty crumble topping and a scoop of ice cream. Glad you and Young had a great meal!

We do have plans. We are going to Boston for five days in June, then on to Madrid and San Sebastian, and we will be doing videos the whole trip. I already know that I love Legal Seafoods and Toscanini's ice cream. We also have some suggestions for Italian and seafood, though we're always on the lookout for more ideas.

@@steveandyoung That sounds amazing! I've never been to Spain and would love to go some day. As for suggestions for Boston, I have plenty, but here are my top few: - Go to Gaga Seafood Restaurant in Chinatown and get the "Double Lobster with Sticky Glutinous Rice". You get two large crustaceans atop a bed of sticky rice perfumed with the breath of the wok. Simply amazing and very reasonable for the price. Their other dishes are great too -- I recommend their honey walnut shrimp and their sweet and sour pork! They do a good beef chow fun too (I know you like that)! Most legit Chinese restaurant I've been to in Boston, I daresay even better than the ones back home for me (and I'm from Singapore)! You can call to book as they take reservations. - Giacomo's Restaurant in the North End does a great Zuppa Di Pesce (dinner for two) which gives you an incredible selection of seafood served over pasta + sauce of your choice. It's only $78 and $98 if you get a bottle of wine along with it. I love their calamari as well! Go early or late as you can't make reservations, and this place often has a line out of the door. - Row34 in Fort Point has the best honey butter skillet cornbread I've ever eaten anywhere. But yes, they're known for their seafood -- you'd like their clam chowder and lobster roll with thick-cut fries! You can book ahead if you intend to visit! - Sarma in Somerville has some of the most inventive Mediterranean-inspired small plates that I know. I absolutely love their Black Sea cornbread (yes, I'm a cornbread person), and their special fried chicken is *chef's kiss*. You can book online if you intend to go! Phew that was a veritable essay. I still have more places but those are the ones I fondly remember from my very eventful two years in Boston. :) Happy to share more and thanks as always for your videos! I love them! - Feng

The chowder made my mouth water. If your ever in OC try the fish company in Los Alamitos , great chowder and seafood….

We are in OC a lot. Saturdays are our "cheat" days when we get to eat whatever we want down here. But, it's awfuly hard to drive up there and NOT go to Katella Deli. We'll probably try it sometime in March. Thanks for the recommendation.

@@billybagels3665 Yeah, I always spend waaay too much at the bakery before I go. And that's after a sandwich, latkes, and maybe even some Matzo Ball Soup. :-)

Clam chowder with bacon and sourdough sounds really good! I was just talking to Brian about sourdough. Takes so much time and love to make! -S

Yes, when I was younger, I had a sourdough starter and tried making the bread. But I just decided it's easier to go to SF and get it there. 😀
