Just google it there are several movies of white rose. Interesting juxtaposition. In the West Sophie Scholler is a persecuted hero. From a German perspective, she is simply a traitor. Thats borne up by the fact no memorials etc until the 80s, new generation. However, its something often not realised. If your country is at war, any opposition to the government in wartime is a tratorous act, regardless of what party is in power

No better movie was ever made exposing the depths of the darkness of the unredeemed human soul. Whether German, Italian, Chinese, Russian, North Korean, etc., any race, including Englishmen who have abandoned their Godly heritage and who seek to enslave their fellow-woman and -man, by any and every means possible, utilizing lies, deceit, oppression, brutality, raising its horrendous head, once again, throughout the world today. May it be known that the powerful, magnificent message of this movie speaks across the decades to all such evil men, forecasting their ultimate doom, and the rebirth of freedom in our world. Funniest thing about this is that a friend of mine’s parents were the German underground when there was a German unfortunately she knows that her parents had to flee flee and they were only stand murdered you betrayed because they got the little too late to the meeting they were warned off but they saw what happened to the others and had to leave to a small village and hide there her father had to walk with a limp so people in the village would think he was wounded and couldn’t be drafted or couldn’t be in military service. What a great film and I really Love films about the Nazi's made before 1945. This film starred Martin Kosleck (sp?) as the Gestapo colonel and he also had a similar part in a movie Berlin Correspondent also made in '41. He plays a great villian. In real life he hated the Nazi Party and always wanted to be sure they were portrayed as evil. Great acting all around by everyone especially Phillip Dorn as Erik.

It is necessary to silence them; they overthrow whole households by teaching what they shouldn’t in order to get money dishonestly. One of their very own prophets said, Cretans are always liars, evil beasts, lazy gluttons. This testimony is true. So, rebuke them sharply, that they may be sound in the faith and may not pay attention to Jewish myths and the commands of men who reject the truth.

Hot-headed Kurt Franken (Jeffrey Lynn) gets caught up in Hitler's National Socialist movement and becomes a Nazi officer.
