Tallie Hamblin you're lucky that you don't live & work in the Sh@thole, Loser City Tucson metro area. Loser City Tucson run by the 1870's political party has an attitude that 1880 & beyond are only street addresses, not years & decades. Loser City Tucson drove away many employers & businesses on purpose, they also drove away many events that brought visitors & money. I agree with you, I also enjoy riding & miss riding the San Diego Trolley in the Civilized San Diego area. I spent half of my life in Southern California but wound up in the Loser City Tucson area because of the military base closures in the 1990's where California, Pennsylvania, New Jersey took the bulk of the base closures between 1/20/1993 & 1/20/2001. I was forced to sell my home in Spring Valley. I'm selling everything I own in the damned Sh@thole Loser City Tucson metro area & once that's finished, it's good riddance to the damned Sh@thole, Loser City Tucson metro area where tips being given & received are felonies and the words tips & tip are bad words, progress is also a bad word in the damned Sh@thole Loser City Tucson metro area.

Impressively from an engineering standpoint, but I believe SDSU should've accepted the other option which was to have the trolley line continue running above ground next to the freeway. They just didn't want to buy the land.

Why don’t those platform LED displays actually show the next train departure times, instead of the station name and time? Anyone could look at their phone or watch for the time, and I’m pretty sure people know what station they’re at. This seems to be a common issue with light rail systems around the USA - their platform displays don’t show the next train departures very often, if at all, and they just show the time and station name, which really defeats their purpose.
