In our final presentation of our Winter-Spring Webinar series, Dr Claire Hemmaway provides a brilliant overview of the mechanisms of cannabis, its use and availability in New Zealand and overseas, and the evidence for its use in anticancer treatment, treating chemotherapy related nausea and vomiting, and cancer pain.
Dr Hemmaway is a Consultant Haematologist at Auckland City Hospital. Her main research interests are acute leukaemias and lymphomas, with a particular interest in these diseases in teenagers and young adults.
