Going to Chris Brown's 'Under the influence' concert was a real wake-up call for me...from the triangle or hand with the eye in the middle to depictions of egyptian gods and robots with red eyes saying 'you're now under my influence'..it had it all as background visuals, while he sung, along with hypnotizing colorful imagery. As a christian, who is actually spirtually aware of these things of the music industry, I willingly subjected myself to that, in the name of 'oh, he's just an artist I've liked since i was a kid, what's the biggie?' Well, the biggie was that night, i had the most intense and frightening spiritual warfare of my life!! An invisible force was keeping me down and i knew to call for Jesus, even though it looked like a nightmare, my conciousness was fully there and operating. And a calm voice from the force said 'This time he's not coming'..and let me tell you i panicked so hard and spoke out every piece of scripture i knew before i was eventually released! But yeah...since then I've been taking the spiritual world very seriously along with what i expose my gates to! Don't want to go through that again...😢

Me too! :) I've had the same experience. :D I just don't feel like doing those things anymore - I didn't have to force myself. And now when I do listen to music it's always clean and good music (especially folk music or very old music) and when I watch movies (which is rarely) they're usually historical or lighthearted. If I do watch something mainstream once in a while I also notice things much more easily now about it and pray not to be influenced in a bad way by it.

See me smiling listening to this message... First of all, I'm happy Pst Stephanie has her own KZitem channel where I can go and listen to her messages directly. I've always wanted this for her and I'm glad it's a reality. Secondly, I'm super grateful to the Holy Spirit that these teachings of sound and sight is being shared in the body of Christ. Sometime in 2021 when I was going through major spiritual changes, the Holy Spirit told me to stop listening to secular songs and switch to Christian songs instead especially the ones that glorifies God and that has the name of Jesus in it. Also, I stopped watching Hollywood movies as 95% of them are deep in witchcraft and demonology especially fantasies like witcher, shadows, Wednesday etc. I only watch selective movies. Also, most of these children cartoons are demonic, and yes they use images of real demons in these movies. Imagine movies like the little mermaid being celebrated. Mermaid? Same mermaid? This is just one out of thousands.. These movies are portals that opens up one's soul to the demons involved in the making of these movies. And every song has a spirit behind it. Words are not just words, words are spirits. And the spirit behind these songs will always manifest itself in the life of the listener. Either good or bad. I'm super thankful to the Holy Spirit for spreading the light of these subjects to the hearts of God's children. Revival is here. Thank you so much Pst Stephanie for being an instrument in God's hand. More grace and wisdom. Amen. ❤️❤️

@@judyfleary8036 You can. Ask yourself, 'should I?' When a musician shows signs of demonic influences, be careful. Think about this -- if worship music ushers you into the presence of God, what does some secular music do to your spirit without you knowing. I personally listen to very little secular music. And they are songs that don't contradict what the word says on that topic. I test the spirit of the song and listen sparringly. Another factor -- I've grown out of -- is wanting to be as worldly as possible without disobeying God. If you think like this, then you're not actually thinking of growing and bearing fruits that glorify God. We should represent HIM so well that it attracts the world not them attracting us. Each time I tried to watch it, the Holy Spirit said no. Its a gateway to demonic possession and even my family could get possessed if I entertained this. After watching this series so far I believe I have a spirit of anger on me. I am easily offended and things bother me so much. I, think my emotions and anger hinders me from moving closer to God. I really want to be an example of Christ on the earth. I want a deep connection and relationship with my father but I honestly feel so lost. It saddens me really. I know my childhood trauma plays a big part how I interact with people and how I view myself. I believe its some serious strongholds going on over here, and I'm blinded thinking its just how I am. I never share on these platforms because when you are vulnerable people attack you and I'm not strong enough yet. "Guard your emotions about what you're watching". Right from childhood I've been a film enthusiast, a film nerd. Love watching movies, series, documentries, reality shows and more. I even go as far as researching the cast, background, what inspired the film. If it's a biopic, even better! I will dig deep into it just to know its origin. Those kinds of things facinate me. Recently, i had a shift in my desire to watch film, listening to Pastor Stephanie made me realize it's the holy spirit. For instance, i will watch a movie or series and something feels off about it. Might be what a character said, a scene in the move that feels off, or i feel a level of discomfort when i watch such movie and i turn it off. I will watch documeries of serial killers and find it very interesting and fascinating. I'd go to bed and have bad dreams or I'd be scared to go to bed and I'm not the type that gets scared at night. Now i understand that the holy spirit has been trying to gaurd my ear and eye gates and it's the reason why i have an unsettling feeling about certain movies, series and so on. Thank you Jesus for opening my heart, for lesding me to this message cause i need this in my life. Thank you Pastor Stephanie 🙏

This was so helpful because learned about portals when I watched my first demonic movie years back. I was fearful of the dark for a long time until one day I cried myself to sleep praying to God asking to relieve me from my fear of the dark. After that prayer, I was able to sleep with doors open, walk around my house in the dark, etc. I find myself to be a vulnerable spiritual person because I tend to be open to listen to anything. Today, watching conspiracy videos on social media really affected me. Since watching the first one, my spirit became uneasy. I knew to stop scrolling but my curiosity kept me watching more and more. After watching a few of them, my heart felt extremely heavy. I immediately watched this video because I felt I really made my soul vulnerable to demonic spirits. I knew the Holy Spirit in me gave me a warning after the first video, but foolishly I let my curiosity effect me. Your prayer at the end was so comforting to the point I removed Facebook and instagram off of my phone. The video that has been circulating of the demonic images on the folded dollar bill really really scared me. Social media is a powerful source for these spiritual attacks.

Our ears and eyes are used the most on a day to day basis and we pay the least attention to what goes in because everything around us is so busy so we get distracted or engulfed in the day to day hustle and bustle. That’s why peace, solitude, and meditation on the word is huge and medicinal to our spirit. I ride with the radio off when I go to work. Just to have that peace and interaction with the Holy Spirit.

I had goosebumps all over my body, listening to you. I'm going to try and make adjustments in what I watch and listen to. Especially in a group conversation, because I feel so bad, drained and ashamed after being involved in a gossip about someone I know, even if they were wrong. God bless you too.

Glory to God. We must strengthen our relationship with God in prayer beyond just bringing him our requests. Prayer builds us up: In intimacy In access In growth. Thank you Pastor for these insightful gems! 👌🤔🙏

Yes , life is spiritual. As Christians we owe to gaurd our gates. Whenever secular music is played anywhere near me, it grieves me and makes me angry. Thank God, Holy Spirit has delivered me from that. Movies too, video clips on tiktok, KZitem etc. A lot of portals are being opened in this age, but we need to hide in the secret of the Most High God and ask Holy Spirit help us discern and exercise self control against the desires of the flesh.

Pastor Stephanie is so right about being mindful of what we watch. I remember watching The Nun in 2018. I remember when I had seen the Conjuring 2, that nun demon was quite disturbing. But I brushed it off and saw The Nun. I kid you not, that nun hunted me for the next two years up until 2021 when I had to take charge in my prayers and bind that evil spirit forever. I thank God and the Holy Spirit for making me more aware of being mindful of what I allow myself to see and hear. Praise Jesus! Amen

Thank you for this. I have been feeling so convicted bc I would watch tarot readers for entertainment but at night I feel soo paranoid for some reason. My baby even wakes you crying like something is bothering him. I’ve been speaking about this lately bc I feel like it’s the reason why I’ve been feeling like this. I know in my heart that God is telling me to get away from these types of people or things and give him all of my cares and worries to Him & have more faith in Him. I didn’t feel this way at first & now I do. It’s like the energy feels so dark and there’s some energy around & I find it hard to pray it away. I pray don’t get me wrong but I know my connection and relationship could & should be a lot stronger with God. I feel so strongly that He is calling me towards Him. He wants me to get away from that type of information.

God is really opening up my eyes everything I’ve been attuned to has shaped my life from a child up until now. I was recently watching this show wondering if I should be a Teacher!!! Which I had no inclination of doing before, how TV shows I watched as a kid has shaped the way I see the world now! Nothing is coincidental at all and I’m glad God has you making these videos for the glory and knowledge for his people!

This is so true. On Saturday as I was doing my hair, I was bored and decided to log on Instagram. I was scrolling through this couple and a feeling of envy came over me. I suddenly felt like I was a burden to my husband. I texted him and asked him whether i am burden to him. He was where is this coming from? Who told me I am a burden. Now that you speak about this it’s the enemy who said that. I left my job coz it was getting in a way of my marriage and raising the kids. My husband took some chores but the more he helped the more I was busy

God told me I would get married at a certain age and I was walking in faith and not even bothered about how that would happen, just trusting God and keeping myself on the course He set me on, because I knew that I knew that I heard God and heard Him correctly then suddenly it all changed! I became anxious, became angry with God, started having feelings of rejection... guess what caused it?????? I know some won't like this but it became clear to me where I fell.... , I was listening to Kevin Samuels and podcasts that had that same vibe😢 Now, this is not to say they were of the devil but the words I heard from those shows were in direct opposition to the Words God spoke to me, so anything that opposes what you heard God say as Logos or a Rhema, you need to shut down! for example; God told Abraham he would have Isaac in his old age with his wife Sarah, If Abraham was living in this era, he would have no business watching a medical podcast that spoke about menopause and the impossibilities and riskd of child bearing for women when they reach a certain age, nothing wrong with that show at face value, it's educative and even based on scientific facts but for Abraham in particular it would be an attack on his faith for the promise God gave him and ultimately the destiny God had for him. Thank you Pastor Stephon for the eye opening teaching🙌🏽

So grateful I found these teachings or should I say God directed me to them. I am listening, writing, sharing and learning. Many times I do refuse to watch certain movies because of the material found in them. I also do the same with the music however at times I am not as forceful in my refusal and watch "scary" movies to just go with the crowd. In my spirit I know I am called to stand out and not become part of the world. Thank you Pastor Stephanie for your knowledge and teachings.

Amen ! It’s like my one room in my home used to be depressing till I started praying 3 times a day in it then it felt like the most motivating peaceful room in the house ! It reminded Me of the movie war room when the lady was praying in that one room and the pastor that was gonna buy the house I believe it was said it’s feels like this room has been well baked or baked in something like that cuz he asked if the lady was a Christian or if she prayed in that room and the real estate lady said she did or used to bring that room and he said yeah it’s like it’s peaked in and I found that interesting because that is exactly what it feels like in that room now in my house, almost like it’s like a sanctuary know

Love the way you worded that “the song is a portal!) God told me a spirit is attached to words so when we hear words in song on paper even in our heads as thoughts, the spirit that influenced the writer is attached to the word. Like an attachment on an email. Thank you for your teaching ❤God bless you
