Question: @22:08 you say it either reacts with a bad thought or a good one, does your schema (when defined as prior knowledge) give you any more pointers then good or bad? If so what

I enjoy Your lectures and understand however from a person who spent 7 decades dealing with genetic depression and its horrendous symptoms I can tell you that the word sleep sounds good but try getting some. Once the body gets into that sympathetic mode and STAYS THERE sleep is a pipe dream . Then they say You need to eat a healthy diet, ya try doing that when Your sympathetic state shuts down Your digestive tract and catabolism takes over from the excitory neurochemicals. Its hard to recover when insomnia and a non functioning GI tract is Your bed fellow no pun intended.

21 days is all it takes for your brain to rebalance itself regulate itself all by itself Once all outside sources have been removed that were causing it to unbalance itself as its own Warning system to make you aware of your environment, the threat to you in your environment, a bad relationship, a job you hate, to move to a different place ect

Most peoples diets would be better if they started intermittent fasting. And theyd only have to put together just one plate of good food a day.

Are you going to mention how the mountains of mental torture and abuse is placed on society by industrial and political demand? Or how our chaotic brain bashing educational system pushed the human nervous system to unhealthy boundaries? How people are not given time to rationalise a problem or task to deliver a sensible and accountable result..? I think that people’s brains are generally fine and the chaotic demands on people should be the thing to scrutinise and address. (No one seems to want to go down that road)

Body ALWAYS heals itself Always rebalances itself If its not doing this Then its the environment that your in, needs to change. Its an unsustainable environment, So it unbalances you within, so you notice it, then start paying attention to yourself your environment the people in your environment, Its that your not being true to YOU in some way Your serving someone something else over yourself.

Why are you not supposed to ask "why" questions? Wouldn't that just be training children to not think analytically and damage their learning of problem solving logic mechanics in favor of biasing towards emotional sensitivity and making excuses for not identifying and addressing problems?
