Do you use it as your main phone? If so do you feel the smaller screen is ever an issue? As a petite woman I’m really tired of phones that don’t fit in my pocket and I can’t use with one hand ha. The jelly definitely caught my eye
@bafmd

@@jenkenj It is my one and only phone. I don't use it for heavy gaming, I have a gaming PC for that. I don't use it for watching a bunch of shows or movies, I have a TV for that. I use it for general internet use, checking email, texting, phone calls, GPS mapping, playing music, light gaming, etc. It works fine for everything I use it for. Voice to text is great with the smaller keyboard, but I'm typing this entire message out on the keyboard. Predictive text is very handy. Because I don't over use the phone, battery life is rarely an issue. I'd imagine that if people use this phone like they would a larger phone (lots of gaming and videos, constant Internet scrolling) the battery would be pressed to last the whole day. Keep in mind what phone you're holding and it'll do you just fine.

3" screen is a bit extreme, but I like the fact at least somebody makes something different from all that ultrabig ultrathin rectangles on the market. The specs look really great, especially I like a headphone jack and SD card slot and NFC. If this phone would be with 4- 4,5" screen I'd seriously consider it as my daily driver. Currently I have a Sony Xperia 10 IV, not the cheapest thing but specs kinda suck. Pretty bad speaker and awful default camera software. luckily somebody made a google camera port for this phone. it is kinda buggy but okay. Anyway got this phone because it was the smallest phone I could find.

@@bafmd Cool, seems like we are on the same page, I am 38. I live in Germany and can't wait for the Jelly Star to drop here, I want to make it my daily driver. I have waited for something like this for years, and it's gonna be quite the contrast to what I'm used to. I am using a Samsung Galaxy Note 8 for 6 years now, and I would have kept going with it, if I didn't randomly found out about the Jelly Star. This will reduce my screen size to 1/4 and for whatever messed up reason, I am really looking forward to it. And what the original commenter said about a phone for kids and elderly - but only for those very few elderly, who have still damn good eyes or glasses with this screen. And since in general, it's a full feature smartphone, I don't know why this should appeal to anybody, who wants to go with a simpler experience. There are way cheaper and simpler phones for this in any electronics store.
