@RazrRazerGarminBose

Also if you install the Blackberry keyboard the red key can be used as a 'sym' key to access symbols and this works really well... When setting this up you need to hide the virtual keyboard in the settings... I have since gone on to use the Kika keyboard so I could use the red key as a speed key... Nice to have options... Would be great if you could do a video demonstrating these options as they can be tricky to set up...

I have also been using BlackBerry phones since they introduced their first product a long time ago. When I received my last one, the Priv, I enjoyed it so much I carried every day for the last four years. When it began to fail I started to search for a replacement. After watching your videos and a few others, I began to take a closer look at the Titan. I knew when I ordered it was not a BlackBerry, not even close, but It is quickly becoming a new favorite for me and I have to say, all of your observations were correct. It is not for everyone and should not be seen as a BlackBerry because of the keyboard. The Titan is very much its own device and I believe its a bargain at the price. Its fast, loud for people like me with a hearing loss, and it does everything my Priv did. Once I installed the BB hub, my favorite feature, the Titan is beginning to feel right at home. The Titan is heavy, eye catching and every time I set it down someone will stop and ask about it. If you miss the fixed keyboard traditional BlackBerry and if you're willing to give it a little time, the Titan can be an outstanding phone. NOTE: I installed an over the air update on June 7, 2020. Since the update I have had a few minor issues with apps locking up. I've sent an email to Unihertz and I will let you know how they respond.

@TechOdyssey
4 жыл бұрын
You're welcome. Thanks for watching. Also, the keys are much different. The passport let's are hard, and have a more rigid keypress that has a shorter key press. The Titan feels more spongy because they are rubberized and not hard plastic, and have a longer keypress and takes more effort to press, but you get used to it.

Hi! Can you briefly explain how you set that up? Thanks!
I'm not sure if you can answer this or not, but, I adored BlackBerry! Last version I had I think was Bold 9900. About 2011 I switched to Android and Samsung. My question, if I wanted to make the Titan my replacement/every day phone, could you recommend doing that? Camera and keyboard differences notwithstanding, any reason(s) I couldn't make the plunge? In your opinion, of course.
