Im trying to find out how to make one way platforms when you use the tilemap grid. I have multiple platforms on a tilemap grid, and when I apply the effector, it of course wants to apply it to the whole selection of platforms at a time instead of a individual one if that makes any sense. It trys to assign one effector to the whole selection of them on the layer. I could maybe individuallayers for each and every platform on the level, but that's extremely invonveiniant.

I know what you mean, you can't use Tilemap Collider and Platform Effector. You need to change your approach. For example, use Tilemap just to place one-way platform sprites and for functionality, you should make a new empty object (with no Sprite Renderer), add a Collider and Platform Effector, and place it in the position of a one-way platform. Of course, you need to do that for each one-way platform. Another way, I would suggest you not create one-way platforms with Tilemap. I usually create all ground stuff with the Tilemap and for platforms I use prefabs. Create a one-way platform from the sprite, add all components, make a prefab and place it where you need it. Also, it's more flexible, it's not grid-tied positioning.
