Fantastic idea! I need to do this to my forks and hay spike so I can move firewood and hay when my front blower is on all winter.

@@garny3766 Your timing is incredible!. Less than an hour ago, I sent a follow-up message to my local distributor, checking in on the status of my order for Worksaver # 835080. It's a 3-point hitch to skid steer quick attach adapter to make this possible but also allow me to run other SSQA attachments on my 3-pt hitch. I also bought all the parts for a hydraulic top-link to increase the usability and am probably a month away from being able to button it up and put it to work. Your video sent me down a rabbit hole I had no idea! It's along time in the making but going to be SO worth it! I'll follow-up with the results when I'm done.

Make sense to put forks at the back, as you almost have double the lift capacity. Not always you need to lift a pallet so high that only the FEL can do the job. Thanks for sharing Garny!

From Steel To Wood and side benefit is it didn’t compromise the front quick attach fitment. Very true...Load is much more stable on the rear. I have a tote setup that I’ll be making a video of its unique operation. Designed to operate on these rear mounted forks.

Just planned this out in my head for a John Deere quick attach loader then decided to see if anyone had shown it on KZitem. Glad to see I wasn't crazy with this idea. I was looking at getting a carryall but then thought since I already own two sets of pallet forks maybe I could modify one and save some money. I agree it should be a factory design.

Yup. And yup. And the thing with forks is they are way stronger than a carryall and adjustable widths. Hope to see your modification on yt.

Great idea and so simple to add that you are wondering why the manufacturers don't? I remember not having a hydraulic top bar and when I grew up back home at my parents farm and what a ball ache that was to heep that topbar at the right length twisting it all the time... I so wish that the quick-attach and hydraulic top-bars would have been available back then!

Morten Mortensen I can relate. I remember taking the loader bucket off by driving out the pins and same for taking the loader frame off! Now look, a person can drop bucket in less than minute and loader frame in less than 5.

There are a couple of companies out there that actually make three point to skid steer adapters. With the adapter you don't have to alter your skid steer implements. I'm planning on getting one in combination with the tilt and angle setup to use a bucket on steep hillsides with our low profile tractor eventually myself. You know loaders attachments where you can't use a loader ;) Your ball hitch setup doesn't entirely already exist, but something like it does with the tractors that already come with the optional kick out draw bar setups that are really common in Europe. So you could probably patent it without any problems Keep the ideas and good work coming.

Yes I have seen them. But what do you do when you already have 50 years of 3 point attachments and most tractor owners have a 3 point quick hitch now? Have a ssqa on both ends of the tractor doesn’t make much sense. I suppose you could use a quick hitch to hitch to a ssqa 3 pt adapter then pick up the ssqa attachment. Only hitch setup I seen similar to mine is/was built by a gentleman who submitted to Farm Show No 4, 2020.

@@garny3766 The appeal is for those who have quick attach loader implements and don't want to have to buy the same implements again to use on the rear of a tractor for instances where you don't want to or can't take a loader. For example the very steep hillside grades around here where you don't dare take a taller loader tractor. I've got rock piles that I want to scoop up with a dipper that I can't even get to with the loader tractor, so a bucket on the back starts to make more sense. This is the adapter that I'm looking at - You may have to highlight then right click go to, but here it is -www.bing.com/images/search?view=detailV2&ccid=ck%2bxARag&id=DCA522878F83776238663B663732340A165A3266&thid=OIP.ck-xARag8ervgJAv1rHXPwHaGH&mediaurl=https%3a%2f%2fth.bing.com%2fth%2fid%2fR724fb10116a0f1eaef80902fd6b1d73f%3frik%3dZjJaFgo0MjdmOw%26riu%3dhttp%253a%252f%252fcompactequip.com%252fwp-content%252fuploads%252fWSR_7473_3pt-Hitch-to-Skid-Steer-Adapter.jpg%26ehk%3dC1Pbc9OzngWqyGg%252bDutOrYWPwn%252b9%252fi8nHS%252f6hD%252bU8uE%253d%26risl%3d%26pid%3dImgRaw&exph=1238&expw=1500&q=artillian+three+point+adapter&simid=608030187923079130&ck=CB83925977A24F1046441BC53F4047EB&selectedIndex=67&FORM=IRPRST&ajaxhist=0 I could build one myself and may even still, but pieces would cost more than the final cost of this one. Yours is a lot more compact setup, but would require building or at least altering every implement you wanted this way to work.

@@gph85 I understand. I looked at those too and for your proposed idea that would be a great setup, that one attachment and a set of forks. So now when you want to go back and use 3 point attachments say... straight or box blade, landscape rake, disc, or something that needs pto...tiller, chipper, snowblowers, etc. that ssqa adapter will have to come off. I converted 2 attachments to dual hitch, pallet forks and 3 bale spears. They accept ssqa and 3 point quick hitch. But like I said earlier you could buy a 3 point quick hitch to hitch the ssqa adapter to.
