watching the middle realize what he was doing wrong, acknowledge it, and then immediately correct it is what I strive to be

Saw the big Voss at UH's Grad ceremony today! Glad to see UH is still going strong with the new addition of Tread. Spyros got hyped when he dimed that second serve Keoni sent towards him. But we all know he'll forever rip that stronger than the last hit.

most middles just go up and hit the ball. I love how Kurt Nusterer was able to breakdown and adapt to those hits great on his part as a middle!

Muy buenas noches, excelente entrenamiento muchachos. Cómo me encantaría tener esa altura. Pero mí pasión es tan alta como un jugador de dos metros. Juego en el Club Parque San Martín, soy libero. De Merlo, Buenos Aires, Argentina, tengo 52 PIRULOS. saludos

I played intramurals in this court... how tall is this setter?!!!! When your hitters are high flyers is so much easier to set... I could set these guys all day and look like a pro.

I'm curious, at the D1 level what do you guys 'practice' for? Since you guys have great fundamentals and all, what do you focus on?
@addrian1

i think at these open gym practices, they mainly just focus on setter and hitter connections while getting good passing and serving reps in

IT's interesting to see spikers land with their non-dominant foot forward. In badminton we have similar overhead movements, but we rotate our bodies from the ground then finish the rotation in the air and end with our dominant leg forward. Very interesting!
