Hi Mike and Mr S, thank you for joining us on tour. We're delighted to hear that you enjoyed exploring Ireland. As you pointed out, 5K+ people have reviewed us and given us 5-star reviews, something we are really proud of! In fact, we have recently won a Viator award, the 2023 Viator Experience Award (based on our 15K + reviews on Viator!) We were also recently recognised by TripAdvisor as the best tour operator in Northern Europe. It's wonderful that you both got a little taste of the Wild Atlantic Way, but we do feel we have to defend ourselves or more specifically, our guide with some of your critiques. We were surprised to hear that you mentioned our guide playing the tin whistle '75%' of the time? Or 6-7 hours? Our guide plays the tin whistle for about 6 minutes (maximum). Our guides are also experts in Irish history and folklore, indeed, this is something most commented on (aside from the natural splendour!) in our reviews, we do wonder if perhaps either of you (or Mike) missed any information as you mentioned wearing earphones during the travelling. With regards to the seating, we have a fleet of luxury tour-specific coaches that you were travelling on, you mentioned that you would suggest a smaller coach to your viewers as an alternative. We would recommend if seating size is an issue, to remember that our coaches are the biggest and roomiest tour coaches available! You had also mentioned that 2 hours at the Cliffs of Moher and 2 hours in Galway City seemed too short. We offer the longest time of any day coach in Ireland. However, due to Driver's Driving Hours as stipulated by Irish law and logistics (we do have to get you home to Dublin of course!) this is as long as is feasible. Thank you for your feedback, and we certainly will look into the WIFI issue, the Wifi 5G unlimited access should be always available on all tours which the operate. This will be investigated, the connection is constantly monitored by our provider 3Mobile, we will reach out to them. We will also look into the volume of the coach and live music. Thanks again gentlemen, safe travels in future.

Ireland was amazing, the bus tour wasn't for us, and we even did a van tour with another company when visiting Scotland. You are proud of the 5-star rating and perfect for travelers wanting to explore other sites without driving. We did see some negative reviews but decided to ignore them since you had more positive than negative. As mentioned in the video we would of drove knowing the size and considered the trip duration on the bus. This review is not bashing and just giving our personal experience with the company. The Wi-Fi didn't work, which wasn't a big deal until the penny whistle and singing was going on. It was over 6 minutes I can assure you. Mike came prepared and thanks to this trip I purchased noise canceling headphones. I gained some traveling experience on this trip, and it even helped me better plan for our trip to Scotland. The bus tours are just not our cup of tea.

@@MrSTravelQuest Thanks Mr S. Absolutely, you are of course entitled to your opinions and we really are so happy you enjoyed our island. We think (though we're probably biased!) it's a gorgeous little windswept gem! A thought too that occurred to us, we do also offer private tours which may be an idea for people who aren't keen on the bigger day tour experience but still don't want to drive! We hope you enjoyed visiting our Celtic neighbours (the Scots are fantastic) and again, wish you many safe travels in future.

We just finished this tour and loved it! Our guide was great. Sit back and relax. Enjoy the sights. The coastal road between the cliffs and Galway are picturesque, but narrow and twisty. For those used to driving on the right, avoid the car rental, and let the professional drive!

@MrSTravelQuest Same as you did... we used that company for this tour and for the Belfast tour. Both times they often pointed out sights to explain the history. They may have taken your critical comments to heart. One outcry point. We mistakenly double booked the Galway trip and didn't discover our within their 24 hour cancelation period. However they saw that it was an obvious mistake and refunded the 2nd tour. However that had nothing to do with Mt previous comments. BTW keep up the good work!

It's great to hear you had positive experiences with the company for both the tour and the Belfast trip. It sounds like they really strive to enhance the experience by providing historical context, which makes the tours more enriching. We didn't get that experience on our trip unfortunately. It's also commendable that they handled your booking mistake with understanding and refunded the second tour, even though it was outside their cancellation period. That shows a commitment to customer satisfaction and flexibility. Thank you for your feedback, and I'm glad to hear you're enjoying the content. If you have any more insights or experiences to share, feel free to do so! Keep exploring and discovering new places!@@jstanovic

I'm just wondering if anyone out there has done this trip with Via Tour? It's a little more expensive so maybe they get the better guides? The itinerary sounds awesome though! Thanks for the video, it was very informative.

I'm planning of going to Ireland in March of 2024. How was the weather when you guys were there? What do you think of booking the bus tour but stay in Galway instead of return back to Dublin that same day and find my way back the next day?.. I'm stuck between renting a car or so the plan I mentioned above. Thank you guys.

March is a wonderful time to visit. Ireland weather is cooler during that month, so bring a jacket. If I did this trip over I would of rented a car. You can stop along the way, they have tons of castle ruins that we passed by. I’m happy we tried the bus tour, but I’ll take my chances and rent a car next time. If you have any questions just let us know. We love Ireland!

What cities and towns are you planning to visit? We took a van tour in Scotland and it was a better experiences. The company called Rabbies and I will vouch for them. They gave us stories, history and plenty of stops along the way for pictures. Even a local Uber driver told us not to take the bus tour. If you have any questions let us know. -Mr. S
