It’s great grill. Your first cook on it, it all looked great. I’m not a big fan of gas grills. Yet I appreciate them for convenience. However, this Monument 605 Pro, I not only appreciate it for the convenience but also for the performance. Also, Monument has smoke boxes that hold wood chips, and they fit underneath the grates, between the burners. You would like them.

I quite like my Gas/Inferred grill. I can’t remember the brand, but I love it. I do the usual meats, but it also makes great grilled asparagus.

With ribs on a gas grill, set up dual temp zones and place the ribs on the cold side. Let them slow cook with a smoke box on the hot side. After 6ish hrs they are ready to rock. My family swears it’s the best they have ever had.
