Ive not done a css test for years. Just thinking about it gives me the shivers 😂😂

I find them really helpful to do about 3 or 4 times a year. I generally push harder than what my CSS says to during training, but I find tracking my 400m time quite a reliable indicator of my swim fitness. Even if I'm doing middle distance races.
