3. Find a hobby to pursue to keep your mind occupied.
4. Keep your house tidy and organized.
5. Exercise a bit each day.
6. Have a positive inspirational quote displayed in your house and work area.
7. Spend more time with positive people
8. Don't compare your life to others
9. Do some activities together as a family.
