This week, I wanted to bring it back to basics a bit and talk to you about supporting our autonomic nervous systems. There are all kinds of things we can do each day and throughout the day to support our nervous systems minute to minute. All of which will be beneficial to our Long covid recovery, but also to our long term wellness!
I talk through some strategies that I use, but this is very individual, and I encourage you to experiment with what will bring your body into Rest and Digest as much as possible throughout the day.
