I discovered your channel a year ago because I was convinced I was going to prison for an ATF violation. I ended up only having to sign a paper saying I would never again engage in a similar behavior, but discovering your channel was one positive thing that came out of the whole situation so.. thank you, Larry.

Hardest books I've ever read. Used to tell my cellies, If I'm reading, don't bring me back here for Hey Man, what's up? If it's important, OK...otherwise I was in Scotland in the 1700s and you brought me back here.

Everyone’s experience in prison is very different though. A relation of mine whom I will not name spent ten years at the ACI in the 70s. But because of his cousin’s husband, he was protected by inmates who had enormous power and privilege. They lived in relative luxury, free of most restrictions. One of them even had imported furniture and a real bed.

Hi Larry. Slightly unusual question here. I once saw an upload a few years ago from a US citizen comparing UK (I am British) and US prisons. He had been an inmate in both. The lowdown is he wasnt a fan of either. But did say that US prisons were generally more dangerous. Im assuming you have met South American, and perhaps the ocasional European prisoner. Are they targeted? Do they have extra degrees of difficulty in navigating the US prisons and their politics? There is no reason for this question. Im just a little curious is all.

Hey Larry, I’m a new subscriber and have a question. First off I know your not a woman there for you probably haven’t served anytime in a woman’s facility. My wife and I have been listening to court cases that saw the parent the mom being sentenced for some of the most horrific child abuse ever! From your videos and others it’s clear that a men’s penitentiary the offender would be hospitalized at best. I guess I’m curious what your insight might be on the flip side? My mother got a divorce over the treatment of my sister and I now it never reached abuse level, but none the less it was enough for mom to kick him to the curb. So in a woman’s facility are the similar rules or action? If you know or have thoughts on the subject. Take care and have a good weekend.
