As someone with 7k hours of Rust under my belt, i consider you the new 'EvilWurst' after his disappearance into fatherhood. Now you might not consider that a compliment, but i consider it one of the bigger compliments i can give a builder. Love your content! I incorporated these pixel bunkers into his 'Tycho'-style bunkers, double the bunkers double the fun. I feel like a lot of your designs are just as timeless and in all likelihood will not be patched.

I am having a lot more success with the hqm bunker when i place the smart alarm towards the middle of the triangle and the TC is placed across the back wall, the long way I'm finding that I also have more success if I walk starting from the center of the square, to the back left corner as shown in the video. I think this changes the elevation enough that it makes the bunker more usable/reliable. running directly to the left increased the elevation too much. I've had success with the hqm bunker 3x in a row so it's feeling pretty reliable.

This is wild. Well worth the effort it took me to be able to accurately learn how to set up the floor height difference. I can't believe how well it works for pretty much any design. I just now got a honeycombed hexagon core set up with each individually separated triangle made out of hqm and I can access the tc, and 5 lockers now from it. It alone costs less than 100 hqm to maintain. So if you splashed it with rockets to take out two sides at a time, it'd still take you 45 rockets to go all around and get everything. That's nuts for such a tiny footprint with no sort of external parts to make it work! Thanks for such a thorough explanation.

Again, as I've mentioned before, the music is great; your topics and your delivery is impeccable and I was wondering about the oddities I've had in re-creating your previous videos with being able to pixel gap - now I know that jumping resets the offset and how the gradient works left/right and right/left squares - maybe the mesh vertices are off on the corners a tad Y - I love that "bug" in the engine and showing it with such honor for the scientific method and the ability to teach it to a 5 yr old at the same time ;) is astounding! I know how why my previous attempts failed, I've grown a lot if not the most from your channel, both as a builder and finding my joy and passions again in life as a whole; I really share a deep appreciation for your blessed be ending please don't lose that part of you :) P.S. or any part of you the care that you use to give back to those who inspire/create ideas and the credit where it's due is a lost art - thank you very much you've helped me on many levels!

Friends, I use a translator, so the message might be a bit distorted. So, if you have done everything correctly, you will see the slot between the two hqm half walls, if you see it but cannot open TC, try to break the low foundation and put the foundation again, but already connecting it to the foundation that was originally higher, so that all 3 foundations are at the same height. Also turn the smart alarm (I use it so it is at the same height as the slot) with the antenna to the right. These tricks have helped me do almost every time the hqm gap every time I manage to put the foundation between the low and high foundations, like on 2:59. Hope this helps someone, good luck!

@@chexo3 it’s the same technique as in the Grail v2 video. The difference is using the jumping/dance method to allow for big enough gaps for HQM. The second layer will be the same technique as Grail v2, technically a bigger gap but almost certainly impossible to see the HQM behind.

So i was tinkering with this on a build server and found that you can actually make a 1x1 square pixel gap room off of this. You just have to raise the triangles a little to be able to put a lowered square foundation off the triangle on the right and a regular height one off the left. Then you do the triangle floor and then attach a square floor to that (over the lowered square foundation) and add the half walls in between the two squares. Hard to explain in text lol but it works and you get a pixel gap 1x1 square. I was able to squeeze a TC, 1 locker and 1 vending machine behind it that is all accessible. Not sure if it is at all practical but I thought I would let you know! Maybe you can find a better use out of it :)
