Just because you asked in an earlier video……I really liked this style of video with you commenting on what your doing and explaining the reasoning behind doing it a certain way. You’re a wealth of untapped knowledge, from machining, hydraulics, to firewood, etc. Entertain and inform us more on your thoughts and creative ideas on what, why, and how you go about making certain decisions. I really enjoy seeing you with your wife and family, but I as a viewer would like to be able to tap into your reasoning, thoughts and ideas about doing things a certain way. Again, you’re a wealth of knowledge!! Sincerely….

You're a highly intelligent person. Gravity instead of an extra wear item like a spring. It is that sort of thing that separates you from most. Exceptional! Your thought process is most excellent. Thank you for sharing all of this. I also love your movable axle on "orange crush" again, most excellent idea! I suggest folks check that out. It is titled something like "can your splitter do this" or maybe "does your splitter do this". I cannot remember exactly, but it is awesome! That has been a pet peeve of mine since most splitters have the axle right in the way. You should be teaching future engineers these things and obviously getting paid well for it.

I use to have a channel, called TowMe trailers, I did a ton of those. I deleted TowMe to focus on S’more with Millie. But alas Millie has discovered other interests that occupy her time. So it’s mostly us old parents. I have a couple smaller projects planned that include fabrication.

One more comment..... For now..... Maybe..... You and Garny ought to get together. He is clever and thinks outside of the box like yourself. Check out his dual engine, dual pump splitter. I cannot imagine what you guys would build if you had endless supplies/money. That's it.... Had to get that off my chest 🙂 Type up Garny to see his splitter. I think you might like it. Thanks again for going over this machine. I still can't get over it.

@@smorefirewood I was hoping you would do a video on this splitter. I've built a couple of horizontal splitters and have been gathering up the stuff I need to make a vertical one. I'm an auction guy so it takes awhile to find everything. I pretty much have everything except for the valve and hoses which I usually buy new and at the last anyway. I have the cylinders but want to increase the port sizes so I've been watching your video on how you did that too. I'm betting that for a reasonably priced, well built, fast splitter that guys would be willing to drive quite a distance to pick them up. Especially if they can talk to the guy that actually built them.
