"Unzen Disaster Memorial Hall (Gamadasu Dome)" is a museum that records the Unzen Fugendake eruption disaster that lasted from 1990 to 1995.
"Gamadasu" is a dialect of the Shimabara region that means "try your best" or "hang in there."
"Memorial Park of the Houses Destroyed by Debris Flow" is a park that preserves the houses buried by the debris flow caused by the eruption disaster as they were at the time (some have been relocated).
