The Complete* history of Amy & Denise AMIGA Home Computer Clones from Sweden 2011-2023**
0:38 - 416D79 "Dream Clone" The SECOND educational prototype from ca: 2011. OCS/ECS/1MB Agnus only. SCART A/V out. Only board with PC/Amiga floppy support. BigROM support. Custom optimised PS/2 controller. Four boards in total built.
3:02 - Spellbound 1.0 The first Mini-ITX board. 100% Through hole components. ECS/2M Agnus from here on. Rather complex design. Only one board built around 2013.
4:42 - 4D7941 "Earlybird" rev.1.6 Most ICs except CBM/Motorola are now SMD. Simplified, 2-layer boards. Custom 15-pin A/V out. Batch of 25 boards around 2015 for family and friends.
5:47 - Amy/Amy-ITX "Spellbound" rev.1.8 Produced back in 2017. Now 4-layer. MCU's in sockets for easy upgrade. Came with three friends, 030/8M/IDE, 10Mbit-NIC & RTG as seen in • From Sweden with love
6:24 - Denise - A complete redesign. Replacing one PIC with an ATMega328. New custom designed Amiga compatible 72-pin SIMM. RGB mini-header. HiFi Audio. Standard 23-pin video out. rev.2.0 ('Black') in 2022 and 2.1 ('Purple-Gold') in 2023. only minor design changes between the two revisions due to temporary component shortages.
CORRECTION: The 3.5mm Audio Jack and internal pin header automatically switches to the active one. There's no "degraded" audio when used simultaneously as stated in the video.
* There were a few other prototypes produced and built. One in particular was very very interesting ;)
** 2023 isn't over yet ;) ;)
