Step-by-step process if my demonstration or pronunciation were bad:
1. Have the wheel plugged & turned on
2. Visit control panel and search for "device manager"
3. Click on the USB logo and uninstall the Wheel's USB. If you're unaware which USB is your Wheel's, then uninstall all USB-drivers (EXCEPT your mouse's).
4. Restart PC and update Thrustmaster firmware/software if necessary.
Finally managed to fix the issue from my previous video, hope this'll help people in the future who are struggling with same issue.
**IMPORTANT**: Do not uninstall all USB-drivers shown in 1:10 - simply uninstall the plugged steering wheel's USB-driver (thanks to abdel hadi). There's a chance your mouse USB-driver gets uninstalled, no idea why mine & others didn't experience that.
