Nice work good to see the N55 standing up to its ardous life. My 2016 M2 has 170,000 klms. I kept it std for 160,000 ks but now it has FBO with Ohlins and runs 11in rears and 10 in fronts with 305 / 30/ 18 and 275/ 35 /18 fronts so 295,s are a lock.

Hey Misha, I also drive an early M2 (stock). Have you made any upgrades to the oil pan? These N55’s have been notorious for oil starvation, so I’m wondering what you’ve worked out for a solution? Or maybe you haven’t and it’s been fine! Either way, let me know. Cheers!

@Harrison the N55 in the m1/235i is the engine that suffers from oil starvation. The pan in the M2 is revised and does not suffer from oil starvation. The N55 in the M2 is not the same as the one in the 35i's

Great informative video. But really be careful with pancake eating stones. My puppy swallowed one when he was about her age without us noticing it - we think he might have played with one, got startled and swallowed it by mistake - and we had to get him surgery because it got stuck in his intestines. Luckily it was a fairly round one, so no internal damage. But it was scary nonetheless. Ofc, I don't want to scare you, but pay good attention, and don't let her play with stones. Wish you all the best!

I really like those diff lift kits for the M4 and M2. Do they make them for the E46 M3 by any chance? I want to lower the rear of mine more but then the roll center is a big issue if you lower a E46M rear too much, for that reason usually can’t fully lower the rear cause it messed it up and the car just rides horrible.
