just some hopefully helpful advice. since you're doing an instructional video, I'd recommend only running ads at the beginning. just going through this 16 min video, there were 4 ad breaks, which is quite annoying when you have to start and stop

I didn’t know this was for dancers so. I did it for my back/neck tension after feeling tension in that area all week and thanks to you that pain and tension is gone. I really appreciate your help, thank you⭐️

Thanks for uploading this! I’m a contortionist with a very tight upper back due to the fact that I’m just a very tense person. It’s been keeping me from getting my contortion handstand and I think this is what I need. All the upper back ones I have seen are for pain, so thank you!

Do you have any shoulder flexibility routines? I have no clue how to stretch it and I need to gain the flexibility for next rhythmic gymnastics season as I cannot roll a ball over my head as my arms won't go back far enough nor can I do a scorpion cause my shoulders/arms just won't go back far enough 😢

Works well either way. I’ve structured the routine so that the progression is gradual and doesn’t jump too quickly to the more difficult stretches.
