Some of my earliest memories are of being on a road trip from Montana to Oregon with my mom and her telling us how great Meatloaf was and listening to Bat out of Hell. 20 years later my friend Ash and I decided to have a sing along road trip,we hit a cd shop on the way out of town and I saw it there so I grabbed it. We must have listened to it 5 times on our adventure just singing at the top of our lungs! And when he did the National Anthem several years back, that was awesome! So many great memories. RIP dude, I'll never forget what you brought to my life.

I watched him in Britain, Knebworth or Donnington festivals, I don't remember. He had a broken leg, in plaster, but performed just the same. He slipped and fell over but got up and continued, making the elbow jerk to the crowd as they jeered. Not a derogatory jeer, it was an event. He was not a person to hide behind the celebrated person's mask. His range of skills and talent goes way beyond many other performers. I didn't understand how much I valued him until he was gone. This is regular I suppose. When I heard the news a grief hit me. I can still feel it. A magnificent man. Nobody gets out of here alive. My respect for him continues.

The man died and they're just giving the details on why he died he was absolutely my favorite musician but at the same time his death is his own fault he wouldn't get the vaccine and he wouldn't wear a mask and he had severe asthma he also said he would hug anybody if they had covid well that's probably what happened he died from covid because of his own selfishness it's his fault that he's even dead.. And his poor wife had to watch him drown in his own fluids so yeah when people die It's upsetting but we need to know why they died he could have told people to get the vaccine and wear a mask if he had done that he would be alive today and would be able to still sing and we would be able to watch him and he would be alive with his wife and family today if he hadn't been selfish and ignorant.. I wonder if he felt the same way my cousin did right before she died from covid she wouldn't get the vaccine or wear a mask she even went to Florida which is where she got it two weeks later she got sick ended up in the hospital on a ventilator and she died by herself in the hospital.. Right before she died she said she knew it was her own fault because she was listening to the media and not doctors and she wouldn't get the vaccine and she wouldn't wear a mask so in the end right before she died she told everybody to get the vaccine and to wear masks and I just wonder if he knew right before he died to that it was his own fault. That it was his own selfishness and ignorance yes I know you can probably tell how upset I am it's just that he didn't have to die he basically chose to die in my opinion because of his own ignorance and stupidity he died.. It was the wrong message to send a lot of people who are like him who are influential who had been against covid the whole time die because of covid and it's just so sad and it's such a shame he had so much to offer the world instead he influenced other people to not get the vaccine and to not wear a mask.. And I'm sorry that I'm upset but I absolutely adored him and he didn't have to die he could have been around a lot longer and it just breaks my heart and it also makes me extremely upset because he basically killed himself he seriously sent the wrong message to the world.. I hope this opens some people's eyes and yes we do need these upsetting things to be shown to the world we need a big Shining Light on things like this so that maybe people will do the right thing and stop going around other people and making them sick and then they die what a damn shame that this happened because it didn't have to.. But I will always miss him and I will always love him nothing will change that it's just so damn sad..

@@nocomment5214 Covid did finish him and it was his own ignorance that did it whether you want to believe that or not if he had gotten the vaccine and wore a mask he wouldn't have died that's just the truth it wouldn't have mattered if he wasn't fit or that he had severe asthma other people his age who has gotten covid but had the vaccine or wore a mask survived it but because he wouldn't do it and even said he would hug people who had covid it's on him it's his own fault he's dead I had a lot of respect for him and he's one of my favorite musicians of all time but the truth of the matter is if you're in your seventies or eighties or even older and you get the vaccine you have such a higher chance of surviving the virus if you don't know that then you're just as ignorant and no matter what his music means to me it's really upsetting that someone I really looked up to in the industry that I've always loved would be so ignorant and so self-centered that he wouldn't even do the right thing it's very upsetting and I have the right to say exactly how I feel the man died because he wouldn't do the right thing it doesn't matter how old he was he didn't have to die of covid and that's just the truth it doesn't matter if he had asthma or not if he had the vaccine he could have survived it whether you want to believe that or not because the truth is you could be the fittest person in the world and you don't get the vaccine and you still will die and it has happened so don't act like it doesn't ridiculous he didn't have to die SMH..
