Uraraka's character movement is not all about fighting, but saving and winning those hearts of every people she sees... She often talk about her past than other students in UA, and she is the only child in the class that have seen a hero fighting on the street rather than on TV... She sees an actual hero rather than what media percept a hero would be... This give me the ideal of how we don't usually know the life of some heroes, because we always see them from media, but what if those heroes aren't from media, and still do the good thing and for a right reason? Can we call them as heroes without the acknowledgement of every people?

This scene honestly drove me to tears with how powerful it is. Uraraka gave everything she had in her speech to save Midorya from the hate, and convince the refugees at U.A. that even heroes need saving and compassion. She turned a crowd of angry, bitter and distrustful people who were angry at all heroes, especially deku, and she made them all realize that they were becoming wild animals who were about to throw out Deku, who is still just a kid, to die in order to save themselves, and then said the word needed to make everyone at the camp become compassionate and help Deku, and realize that even the heroes are still normal people like them, and that even they need to be saved. It also proves that Uraraka really does love Midorya is she was willing to go through that whole speech in order to save him and help convince the people to be compassionate and give him a home where he can rest.

This is what Ochako is, she was made not just to love Deku, but to see the truth within the broken society. Even for me, I can totally see Deku having a verge to become a villain, yet his true self, sees him as a good person, he is in the verge of being broken, and yet people just see him as a crybaby. People need to see this entire perspective, because of all this traumatic experiences Deku have experienced, he had lost his will to live just to save others. When people see another man crying, they may say they are weak. But do they? We just don't know at all. Just because someone is crying, they are now weak, yet we don't know that they are trying to be strong enough even when the odds are against them. No luck, no opportunities, just constant restrain, battered life, and inconsistent wages. Because they felt it, that constant burden, to those who tries their best to be brave and win. 😢

The first time she called him Izuku Midoriya. It is something. When Quirks (first called Meta Abilities) first appeared, they ripped apart the world as they came completely out of the blue without explanation or logic and to a small group. That chaos was how All For One rose to power. Vigilantes came in doing heroic acts and the license coming in later was how heroes were given a place in the world and replaced vigilantes. The point at which Izuku Midoriya was born was society stabilizing after decades since that first superhuman user was born. The Paranormal Liberation War was the catalyst for society to collapse once again and this needed to be addressed. After all, many think the world owes them safety so they'll lash out if it's taken from them as was happening there. Uraraka did everything right here. She was firm but compassionate to the refugees. If she was to come off as or outright be angry, bitter, condescending, cynical, distrustful, embittered, fear-mongering, hateful, jaded, misanthropic, nasty, sour, and/or vicious in that speech, they would have doubled down and surely have gotten physical with Midoriya. In the end, it worked and got them to be selfless again, see Deku's humanity, realize they weren't helpless in all of this, see that the heroes were human first, and be horrified that All For One was turning them into monsters. It's appreciative that some are admitting that they would have lashed out if that speech was up to them.

See through Tsuyu's emotions and wanted those who rescues Bakugo to see the guilt of Tsuyu's response of trust. Sees Toga's Emotions, in their fight against love and responsibility... All of these perks, only she can have it. To see someone who is stronger than you, doesn't always mean your weaker... So take this small steps, and change this mind breaking situations... Same goes to Shinso's villainous quirk "Brainwash", in which people often see it as a bad quirk for some people, and can't be used to save people. But Uraraka did the opposite, she told Shinso to use his quirk to save Midorya from Blackwhip. Even she knows that the quirk that was given to them, aren't that one thing that makes someone a hero, or someone considered as a villain... It's the simplest action, that makes a person a hero, wether saving a stranger from falling, and saying with all her heart to see that person whose breaking.

“You want to see us getting broken down and dirty” “THE HEROS ARE THE ONES GETTING DIRTY!” These people are acting like these high schoolers aren’t allowing them in their home so they don’t get dirty So they don’t get hurt That was a high school Not a shelter None of this are the hero’s fault No one could have thought this would happen Dabi being Endeavor son Shigaraki and AFO being connected Or Deku even gaining powers in the first place Honestly the hero’s could just throw these civilians out Lock them out of safety to see them get eaten alive by villains But they don’t Because they don’t want to They’re still protecting these hypocrites because that’s what they want to do “Watch us get dirty” The hero’s have been getting dirty for these useless civilians for years at this point They now all the sudden want to fight for themselves Because they doubt hero’s These people have quirks Have powers But they stood there and pray a hero would come And now when they try They push the hero away Calling them useless They get dirty or hurt for a day and they think the hero’s betrayed them But when the hero’s have been beaten, bloody, covers in dirt and sweat for years And they stop for one moment to take a break They’re seen as morons Deku a kid 16 for that matter He didn’t choose to be a target Sure he took One for All but I don’t think he thought it would go like this Everything that’s happening isn’t his fault it’s AFO The poor kid doesn’t even know what he’s doing anymore None of these teenagers do And these adults treat them like they know so much When they haven’t even seen the wrath hero’s have When they haven’t felt the heartbreak or hurt to see a comrade or friend get killed or hurt How do you think Mic felt? Seeing Aizawa with one legs and his eye all bloody Or Shoto Seeing Deku all bloody and broken and he couldn’t do anything Or even Bakugo He might hate Deku He might hurt Deku But he realizes his mistakes Sure he’s still egotistical But he knows Deku is his age And is still a kid These adults putting all the pressure on these young hero’s When they haven’t even graduated high school This scene hurts Because it’s when these kids realize This world they’re trying to save Isn’t even gonna let their friend finally rest and basically asking him to die The adults were to scared to do anything and leave Deku side So Uraka took control And let her soul out while she did it This scene made me tear up the first time and still does You almost forget it’s a anime cause it feels to real- (If this appears twice I’m sorry KZitem is acting weird)

Deku & Uraraka Are True Heroes💚💖! Deku’s Part, at risking his life to protect everyone in harms way, he wants to bring everyone’s lives back to smile once again. And wanting to make things right for everyone, and wanting to save everyone no matter who they are, or if they don’t deserve to be saved, like Shigaraki💚👊⚡️! Uraraka’s Part, risking herself to persuade the civilians, and pointing out each and every fact about what Heroes had to go through to protect everyone, especially the ones who are in pain & suffering through a huge burden, like Deku. And connecting with them understanding their fears and anxiety about AFO & Shigaraki, and to make them see who Deku Really Is, that he’s a True Hero that can fight for everyone’s right to smile again💖👊🪐! I think Deku & Uraraka should be the ones to end the Final Battle Together👊💚💖⚡️🪐!

It's frustrating how people blame heroes for not saving enough and no one holds them accountable. The heroes were elevated to a high status due to the people's expectations. The reasons for hating heroes are unreasonable, as they didn't destroy cities. Their fears are unjustified, leading them to attack heroes and innocent people. The treatment of Deku, who has a heavy burden to bear, was also unfair. The citizens who protected themselves without hating heroes were the only decent ones. Season 7 should address these issues, including the obnoxious and racist behavior of some individuals.

Deku, you always said you didn’t want to cause them trouble, but that’s not true at all. The people are the trouble, they are considered the real enemy, when hero society collapsed, their true colors begin to show. They want safety and yet they don’t want the hero’s anymore, this goes to show the true nature of humanity you swore to protect, only for them to become your enemies.

The show does a good job of showing just how flawed humanity is. Humans are perpetually petty and selfish; they'll expect perfection where it isn't possible, and the moment things go bad, they shift blame onto someone else.

Need some sandpaper for that edge? It's easy to write everything and everyone off as being dark and evil, it's way harder to accept the bad with the good and understand it all as a whole.

I would say that the reason Izuku is crying in this scene is because this is the first time (perhaps in his entire life), where someone is defending him openly, standing up against others to protect him. And one of the reasons that this is Ochako CMOA. However, I feel that Uraraka should have at least called out how society were in the end responsible for the whole mess, and should have the courage to accept their prejudices mistakes and help the heroes in cleaning it up.
