KEBAB: PASSED TROUGH GENERATIONS
INGREDIENTS
1 pound ground beef
1/2 onion
1 pepper
1/2 bunch of parsley
3 tablespoons of olive oil
1 long eggplant about 14"
salt, red and black pepper
1 big tomato
Dice the tomato and place some on the bottom of the pan. Save the rest for later. Slice the eggplant into 1". Place it in the pan and apply salt and pepper. Mix all the ingredients with the ground beef and scoop it in between the eggplant slices as it is demonstrated in the video. Add the remaining tomato on the sides and top it with slices of peppers and drizzle some olive oil. Place it in the preheated oven and cook it for 40 minutes at 375 degrees. Enjoy it with pilaf or bread.
