Full Videos of the circle and arrival maneuvers are rare. It’s nice to see what goes on behind the scenes in preparation for a successful show. You should definitely continue posting content like this. In the future I’d like to see the pre-show preparation like the loading of fuel/smoke oil and the detailed cleaning of each jet by the maintainers.

That was their first time at Oshkosh by gosh! My wife and I saw them perform on Friday and Saturday, plus their question and answer session on Friday evening. The crowds were huge. By the way, how often do you see a B - 29 on a runway with it's engines running while the Blue Angles fly overhead.?

Bill Howard ....they do circle and arrival at every show site.....they call in reference points to help during the show...i.e...the red barn at 1 mile out or the swimming pool in the back yard at 2 miles ect....find center points.....very methodical

I’ve always found it strange that the Thunderbirds jump out and do this in a helo or some other low and slow plane like a CAP182. I’m sure there are advantages to both. One thing for sure is the Blues get more time in their logbooks.
