You work your butt off for these videos. Boats to go should be paying you. I know I wouldn’t have bought mine without your videos. 👍

Hehe! Thank you! They now have me in their affiliate program, but I just started it. In all honesty, I just have a lot of fun making these videos. If I was making them for money, I would have never done them cause their isn't a lot of money in it.

Thanks Erick. I thought you would just put the noodle and pump air. There's so much to learn. Btw you could have used rub strake at the bottom. I see that on boatstogo , but it's out of stock.

Anytime! I appreciate suggestions, especially when they are within my skillset to do, and I had the perfect boat for it too.

Would love to see you try this on the water and see if there is a noticeable difference with handling and getting through the water or does it just create unwanted drag. Great video as I have a flat bottomed sib and have wondered if this would be useful.

It helps a little bit when going fast. It breaks small swells

@@ErickMartinSucre i have a 14.5 kaboat. Flat bottom. 8Hp merc. I took a 4x8 hard wood pine. Used the Air floor as a template. Instead of putting it on the bottom i put my pool noodle down first then insert the air floor. My Hard floor insert is sanded supper smooth and covered in white Rubber paint used in RV roofs. I added tie down cleats to help hold gear, i use a heavy duty out door carpet on top of it. Makes it supper rigged and helps with standing for long periods. the hard floor with the Pool noddle under the air floor really helped my boat and its suction issues i was having. THe boat would form a vacuum unter the last 1/3 of the boat causing cavitation. I added a whale tale to my lower unit so i can punch the throttle and get the hell out of the way of these Huge fishing boats flying on the water.i take my wife and my 2 daughters out both are still small 4 and 6. the boat gets on plane and cruises at 14 mph fully loaded. SOLO its a pocket rocket at 20 MPH. Tight lines, and be safe .

Can you do it on the kaboat? I have a boat similar to the Scout 365, i use either Nissan 5hp 2 stroke or 9.8hp 2 stroke. And i got some problems with the wave coming. Please help.

Yeah, it can be done. The floor may rise a little, but it is doable.

Hi Erick. I noticed in the background your 6hp motor on the stand has a very flared hydrofoil attached. Do you find this style of hydrofoil effective?

Yeah, it's been working pretty well. Catching plane is super easy now.
