Highly recommend a fresh sprig of rosemary if you can get it. There’s nutrients in the stems.

Nothing is more nicer when you get a hair tutorial where there is not a whole heap of products/ingredients that you have to get just to make something. Simple straight to the point & very much likely you will already have all 3 ingredients/products in your home already👍🏿 Peppermint essential oil is antibactetial, so you probably could keep your teas for a bit longer, especially even more so when stored in the fridge.

I’m definitely inspired by this video to create a hair tea! Thank you love! I just want to mention that when using essential oils, if you have sensitive skin or scalp, this 2:44 amount of oil directly on you could be problematic: essential oils are incredibly potent. So be careful (: spot tests are a great idea before covering yourself with it (:

Hola - agua destilada - hojas secas de romero - bolsitas de té de menta - 25 gotas de aceite esencial de menta (bebió unas gotas antes de guardarlo en el refrigerador y luego 25 gotas antes de usar el té en el cabello) No hablo español en absoluto. Usé la traducción de Google.

Good question. Her title says "massive growth," but it seems her hair already had massive growth from the constant twisting routine before she added the tea to her regimen.
