Well, he certainly is rocking the “apostle” look with the beard. He’s the greatest in so many ways. I’ve changed my diet and my vitamin lineup based on his cogent advice. My medical doctors simply don’t know this stuff…and it’s shocking because this is exactly what our doctors should be doing when we seek their help. Med schools continue to churn out the same type of med doctors. Lmk when you hear of any med school announcing their introduction and requirement of nutrition, food, vitamins for restoring health instead of simply treating symptoms. Oh wait…the med centers right now are too focused on MARKETING and updating patient portals and cross promoting yet more rounds of dr appts INSTEAD of helping patients BEFORE they have a life threatening disease. They pretty much “bank” on disease to keep their marketing monoliths going. It. Is. A. Shame. THANK GOD for Dr. Berg.

As someone with some broken teeth in my mouth I was very prone to abscesses in my mouth and got them a lot, I also drank 3-4 pots of coffee everyday with sugar (also ate a lot of processed foods). I've since completely cut processed sugars and foods from my diet and I don't get abscesses anymore. Should have included the effect on pH from medications. I think keeping a chart plus doing regular testing to get baselines established is important so that we can use PH testing as a personal monitoring system.

I just recently discovered that acne is prone to a skin pH higher than 5.5. My products were high pH. I Also discovered that a daily consumption of about a gallon of Perrier water was causing too much alkalinity and acne. Who knew? After consuming Perrier water for 7 years to replace sodas, eating no grains or dairy or sugar and seeing a kinesologist and taking good supplements, I still had acne. Last month at my wits end I stopped drinking Perrier water. Within two days my face was 50% better. Now it is 90% better and no new eruptions. I’ll start some IF as well. That was my next step.

Adding my voice to the chorus of praise for Dr. Berg. Following his advice, on the morning that I write this note 📝, I am able to wear a pair of skinny jeans 👖 I bought over 2 years ago!!! My improvement has been steady with a few plateaus here and there but no reversals. To date 45 lbs released. I’m now under 200lbs - which I haven’t been since my 30s. I’m 51 years old. Dr. Berg gave me a system I can follow as a lifestyle. My mom has been following Dr. Berg and has begun reversing her diabetes. Following his advice (among others like him) has brought her blood sugar down to 100 or so. She’s not yet pre-diabetic but she’s getting there and I have no doubt she will reverse out of it completely. My mom is 75 years old.

I heard the opposite. One takes Potassium Citrate to alkalize the kidneys, preventing Calcium Oxalate/Phosphate/uric from precipititing in acidic environment as kidney stones. The citrate also steals calcium to form water-soluble calcium citrate that gets discharged in the urine, avoiding kidney stones

This is soooo basic!---And no doctor, dentist or any other health professional ever told me about this connection of sugar and pH of saliva. I was even ridiculed by a doctor for asking about halitosis. "it's not the teeth, it's the food particles on the tongue. Scrub your tongue!" I am doing KETO (unhealthy and then healthy) about one year now. And I noticed the plaque disappearing. And halitosis is history for me. This video is a "must watch!"

Hello doctor, I appreciate for all your videos. I have a Q: For about six months, I have been eating two or three types of fresh organic vegetables and three types of fresh and organic fruits every day, as well as 15 almonds one day and 15 hazelnuts the other day. And the next day I consume 15 pistachios, and the next day a spoonful of sunflower seeds, and the next day the same amount of sesame seeds, and the next day three walnuts, and again, all of these are raw and organic, and one day Fish, the next day chicken and the next day two eggs, the next day a handful of cooked peas and the next day red beans. So I repeat this program every day from the beginning of the week to the end of the week. Now, in this werk I noticed that my urine has become neon yellow, and I don't have any pain or problems. I want to ask dear doctor, what should I do now so that my urine becomes its natural color? thank you. So much.🥰

This is such an enormous topic, with wide ranges of normals with even wider ranges of pathologies. Nothing here is simple and indications range from kidney disease, urinary disorders, extracorporeal treatments of poisonings, nephrolithiasis and nephrocalcinosis, pathologies such as Pseudomonas, proteus, staphylococcal or Klebsiella infections (all urea splitting organisms)… further, drug toxicities etc.. the likely hood of getting a urine Ph of 9 from drinking bicarb water is not likely, bacteria infections stated above are the statistically likely causes. Many crystals are formed in acidic urine as well. Such as uric acid crystals, Leucine and Tyrosine crystals, cystine crystals. Along with crystals found in acid, neutral and alkaline urine such as calcium oxalate and hippuric acid crystals… those found in alkaline urine only are the ammonia biurate and ammonia urates, as well as triple phosphates.

If you put your hand behind the small object that you are trying to show, it will make the object clearer when you want to show a close up.

The risk for kidney stones and kidney damage also increases with acidic urine pH, especially for uric acid stones. You don't have to have low urine pH AND high uric acid levels!

Dr.berg , can u give tips for fat loss and improving health during Ramadan ? ( Ramadan = in which we dry fast for around 16 hrs a day for 28 days )

Yes. He made a video on Ramadan last year. Also he made videos on how to fast correctly (what nutrients to take in the eating periods) which can be used for dry fasting as well.
