Using VirtualBox / VMWare / Direct Linux OS, fixed user is not in the sudoers file. Below are Steps to solve. This incident will be reported Fixed. You may find this error while using Linux. I have shown it through Ubuntu. You can resolve this error in any Linux os using these steps mentioned in this video. This issue occurs because of user have not been included in the sudoers file.
You need to watch this tutorial very carefully because you may end with type error or syntactical error. Lowercase and uppercase are also important. Always check your CAPS LOCK is on or off.
