Just wanted to let you know I was 40+ 5 days yesterday and did these and your yoga stretches last night, and this morning I have my bloody show. Was interesting bc usually have lower back pain at night but didn’t have any last night. Also slept so well !Thank you so much and please pray for me! God bless you!!

I was taking online classes from 9 - 5 so I was having to sit for long periods at a time. kzitem.infoUgkxEhgucmXpcAGYh8fatGFEnOK2V97VIwhG After the first day in a regular table chair, I thought about an exercise ball and ordered one that night. It came the next day! My hips, legs, back and butt couldn't have been happier! I'm almost 5'11" and I ordered the largest size and it was perfect for me. I also have RLS (restless legs) and this helped so much.Pumping it up was a little challenging and definitely gives you a good arm workout, (I'm a 62 yo woman) but it's very doable. Getting the tape centered with the hole to inflate it and then getting the pin back in was also a little tricky. But I love my new "chair" and I love the torquiose color. Hopefully it will also get used for exercise. 😁

Hi. 1. My wife is 5'1 height. I got her a 55cm ball. Is it correct? 2. She is 33 weeks. 1st pregnancy. Can she start these exercises? 3. Baby is in posterior. What specific exercises should she do using birthing ball? Thanks in advance 🙏

Wife had normal delivery. She did ball exercises and it was very helpful for normal delivery

You can actually do it before labor as well however in this video I was specially talking about using your birthing ball throughout actual active labor!

I have a separate video on using the birthing ball throughout pregnancy and to help induce labor. It is safe to do throughout your pregnancy though! But, it is safe to bounce on the birthing ball and do the different swivels and motions throughout your pregnancy and will actually help prep you and your baby for labor and delivery!

I have the 65cm. But, make sure to check with whatever ball you are looking to order, they will have a size guide based off of your height. I am about 5’5” but if you are taller, you may need to go to the 75cm ☺️

I would recommend asking for an exercise ball and if labor and delivery doesn’t have one, ask if they can borrow one from physical therapy. You can also use a bunch of pillows to create a peanut ball!
