So when exactly did you turn on the co2 and charge the keg? Do you tap the keg then turn on tank and open valve sending co2 to the keg or do you turn on co2 first and then tap the keg? I also heard that you should pull the pressure valve out for a few seconds on the keg tap before you draw beer? I'm new to this so trying to do it right the first time!

Great video. Very helpful. What should the gauge for the co2 read when tapped and ready to drink? Is there an instance where there can be too much pressure? And do we turn the gas off when we are not siding the keg?

Hi, I want to start a small project selling nitro coffee, and I wanted to know if I used a 20 liter nitrogen gas bottle, a 9 liter barrel, and a 40 pressure pump. How long does a nitrogen gas bottle last? Do I keep the nitrogen gas bottle open after pumping it into the barrel, and should I leave the nitro coffee for a while? Can you provide it directly? Thank you

You need about 35 psi of nitrogen applied to the coffee at a temp of 36 degrees F for a period of 2 weeks to get some N2 into solution. I imagine you would use a G Blend to serve the nitrogen and 20L Nitrogen bottle should last a while. I'm not an expert on Nitrogenating beer so if you have alternative suggestions I would love to hear them! Thanks for watching.
