Try Temu for a good price - they are all made overseas and then marketed and marked up by "American Vendors.' Or, make your own! Also paint or mark one side so you can keep trick of which way to spin teh locking wheels (not always lefty-loosee - changes if you switch sides and you can tighten the 'bottom one either of two ways- drives me crazy)

Most helpful, thank you! I have the exact same kerfmaker, couldn't figure out how to set it for my saw.

Thanks for the easy to follow video. One thing I do differently is put a piece of wood on the other side of my blade and just use the kerf measuring part from the other side of a tooth blade.

I've made a couple of devices that do the same thing. The most difficult part is to get an accurate sizing of the blade kerf. The design of the storebought one holds the setting better than most shopbuilt ones. and hey, it's good see that you're using a splitter and sled - the safe and accurate way to do most cutting operations.

Thanks for watching and for the comment! Yes the only time it remove the splitter is for dados and with a zero clearance insert! Appreciate it so much!

Thanks Brad, The first really easy explanation of this kerfmaker. Next time please turn down the volume of the saw, it makes for easier listening. Now I needed to turn down the volume while the saw was on, then turn it back up when you were speaking.

Works good, only thing is its confusing which way to turn wheels depending on what side is up, therefore creating binding. So I just drew a line on the wheel side that has the stem and now you know which way is (righty tighty /lefty loosey) no matter which side is up. (If you place tool in light you can see the tiny little stem that the wheel is attached to.) Now it slides no binding

It does help to label it! Can be confusing for sure.

Are you aware that the American Flag is always posted on the speakers right and not the left. Maybe you need to learn how to properly display the AMERICAN Flag

Never heard of that! Thanks for the info. I’m not up on the flag code as much as some! I know people are uptight over it, being something that isn’t enforced! But glad to learn something new. I’ve had a lot of people leave all kinds of flag comments. I’ll probably just stop displaying them all together!
