We needed an inexpensive electric grain mill (electric wheat grinder), so we did some poking around Amazon, reading reviews, etc and finally settled upon this YaeMarine 150g Grain Mill. We didn't get this free and we weren't asked to review it. This is just the inexpensive grain mill we decided upon after looking at dozens of other models. It's not fancy. It hardly comes with any instructions and we had to read how other people "did things" to figure it out.
Fill the canister with 1 cup of material. Rotate the top onto the base. Tighten the bottom screws and lock down the clamps. Plug in the appliance. Grind the material for about 1 minute 30 seconds. Unplug the appliance, loosen the bottom screws, unclamp the top clamps, rotate the top from the base. You need to leave the extra room in the canister for the expansion of the flour from grinding the wheat, or whatever you're grinding so only use 1 cup of material at a time. The longer you grind it, the finer the powder.
