Great video thank you. Any idea why the currency setting on the output from your custom function doesn't work after you use the immediate if (iif) function?

Thank you! I missed that. The IIF expression may return a zero length string, which cannot be formatted as currency by applying the field formatting property. However, you can use the Format function to force currency formatting. Just feed the result of the IIF to the Format function like this: Format(IIf(.......),"Currency")

As a developer, I find this stuff really hard to learn for some reason, but your video made perfect sense. For future reference, the reason you can't call the "module" the same name as a function is because by programming convention the function whos name is the same as the module is the constructor function used to instantiate an object, which already exists.

You have to use a Domain aggregate function of you want to include data from different tables in your calculations.

I guess there is a limit but I never ran into it and don't know what it is.
