Ratio of food to water as well as cook time (like for rice) is helpful too 11:36 additionally, I try not to put my hands in the bag too much since our hands naturally have oils on them.

At 7:02, you have a list of suggested storage periods for a number of products. First, what is the source of this information? Is it a published document or something that you put together? If it is something that you put together, again, what is the source? Second, are the products freeze-dried or just stuck in a jar or mylar bag? There is a great deal of difference in shelf life of something that is properly freeze-dried versus something that is just dropped into a container of some sort with an oxygen absorber put in on top of it. Thank you

Hi,thank you for sharing very educational information, im watching your videos from Japan 🇯🇵 I store my dog's food in Mylar bags and oxygen absorbers. What would do you think it is impossible to store it for a long time because it contains oil…

I saw that you did on some, but I would write directly on the bag and steer away from the paper labels. If the bags get wet or damp the paper will peel off and you will be left playing roulette to find a meal 🙂
