@@Exceltrainingvideos no sir, I haven't tried it yet. Actually I'm a beginner, and I'm having very little knowledge of vba. Also, I'm thinking to enhance this code by not giving range in code but to ask the range from user so it can be used dynamically. Or another way we can do is just select the area which we want to trim, and replace code with *activesheet.selection*
