Hi. I like your practical videos. I myself use a Testboy Testavit 216 N clamp multimeter, which is actually oversized for my pinball purposes. In practice I mostly use the voltage measurement. I've gotten into the habit of always checking the fuses under voltage with the voltage setting. Black on ground strap or like older Bally/Stern pinballs at the ground test point and with the red tip on the fuse caps. I can tell a good fuse by the same readings on both end caps, different readings indicate bad fuse holders, mostly with Data East Pinballs, if I don't have a reading on one end, the fuse is blown. Oh yes, I know right away whether my power supply unit supplies the necessary voltages. This is how each of my pinball repairs begins.

Thanks for the great comment! I like the large display on the Testboy. Great tip on testing for blown fuses and bad fuse holders.

That looks like a nice meter Jeremy. Great price for a AC/DC clamp meter. A lot of cheaper clamp meters only do AC amperage but this one has both. . Much cheaper than my Flukes and will work great around the house. Thanks for sharing
