This is a yoga flow designed to build strength and develop coordination and control! Small movements enable you to focus on muscular engagement and control!!
This practice has been carefully put together to ensure it is suitable for beginners and regular practitioners alike however if you feel anything doesn't feel right for your body always feel free to rest, adapt a move or take a break. This practice was designed to be used, enjoyed and repeated time after time.
