thanks 🙏🏼 No matter what we do, we need a diet which is full of prana, energy. It’s pure, light, sweet and transfers that qualities in our living as well. So that living becomes an aware living.

In Hatha Yoga, we do hold the posture for maintaining the stability so that’s important. you can also go back and forth if you want to as a part of warm up
