In the case of responsive design, a focus on simplicity will not only result in an elegant UX that is easy to build and maintain, but it will save us from losing our minds. Simplicity has always been a guiding design principle, but now it's not just about sophistication. It's about sanity and survival.
While leading the UX of CNN.com's 2012 Election Results, Sophia learned a thing or two about how to actively pursue simplicity. Actually, she learned five core lessons in particular, which she will outline in this talk.
