Vangyachi Amti is an extremely popular maharashtrian dish. It is wholesome and main course preparation. This is very easy and quick to make. You can vary the masala for rassa and can change according to your taste. Here is Vangyachi Amti.
Ingredients
. 500 gram brinjal (vangi)
. 150 gram roasted peanut (1cup)
. 12 garlik cloves (lasun)
. 50 gram oil ( tel )
. 1 tsp ginger garlik peast
. 1 tsp Rai ( mohori )
. 1/2 tsp cummin seeds ( jeera )
. 1/2 Tarmarick pawdar ( haldi )
. 2 pinch asafoetida ( hing )
. 1 tsp kala masala
. 2 tsp rad chilly pawdar
. Salt as par test
