Rice - 2 cup
Gingelly oil - 3 tablespoon
Ghee - 4 tablespoon
Cinnamon - 2 Pieces
Cardamom - 6
Cloves - 6
Onion - 3
Tomato - 2
Ginger garlic paste - 3 tablespoon
Green Chilli - 5
1 handful of Coriander Leaves
1 handful of mint Leaves
Curd - 1/2 cup
Red chilli powder - 2 tablespoon
Biriyani masala powder - 1 tablespoon
Salt - 2 tablespoon
Lemon - 2 ( Juice )
2 cup rice = 4 cup water
Vegetables ( Your Optional ) :
Carrot - 3 ( Chopped )
Beetroot - 1 ( Chopped )
Beans - 1/4 cup ( Chopped )
Broad beans - 1/4 cup ( Chopped )
Red beans - 1/2 cup
Potato - 1 ( Chopped )
